WHY IS THE STCW COURSE NEEDED?
The STCW course is a mandatory requirement for all crew working commercially at sea and is essential for the protection of all crew and guests on board. If you are wanting to join the yachting world, you will need to complete your STCW Safety training.
Our STCW Training includes PDSD (Proficiency in designated security duties).
We have classes running every week starting on a Thursday through to the following Sunday for the STCW.
STCW with PDSD is 11 days at R8750.00

Proficiency in Designated Security Duties STCW code A-VI/6—2
Elementary First Aid STCW Code A-VI/1-3
Marine Firefighting and Fire Prevention STCW Code A-VI/1-2
Personal Safety and Social Responsibility STCW Code A-VI/1-4
Personal Survival Techniques STCW Code A-VI/1-1
11 Day dull basic STCW: (includes PDSD, EFA, PSSR & PST and Marine Fire Fighting)
