Established four years ago, Cape Mountain Charcuterie prides itself on producing Gluten-free Sugar-free and Soya-free gourmet meats and sausages from the word go. Our products include Salami, Milano Tuscan and Hungarian, Bacon streaky bacon, back bacon, Canadian style streaky bacon, country loin Spanish loin Pancetta and Prosciutto,
and gourmet sausages such as Chistora, Toulouse Italian Jagerwurst and more. Our range of mini snack sticks Chorizo, saucisson Mini Tuscan and Milano's and not to forget our Traditional Spanish Chorizo and French saucisson sec first produced from an old hand-mincer on the kitchen table, today regarded as the best produced in South Africa.
We produce from our farm Pampoenfontein in the Groot Winterhoek Mountains where we run our own free-range pigs and beef. Our process is still hand-made, natural casings, and old-school curing methods.
