At Nazareth House Larmenier Healthcare Centre we offer frail care to those who require 24 hour frail care and Assisted Living, to individuals 65 years and older. Our care team will see to all your basic care needs, physical comfort, emotional well-being and spiritual needs. We strive to provide the highest standard of care to you and your loved ones.
What we offer:
24 hour care in our Frail Care Centre
A Registered Nurse on every shift
1:4 carer to resident ratio.
One-on-one care can be arranged at additional cost.
Our Chapel is available to our residents.
Families are welcome to visit anytime during the day, as arranged with Registered Nurse on duty.
Single rooms.
Spacious communal living and dining areas.
Beautiful landscaped grounds and gardens with spectacular views.
